Mark works either as an individual, or with specialist associates, to deliver a wide range of support. Typical assignments include the following.

This can take the form of an away day or days, carrying out desk research, or interviewing a team to understand different insights and perspectives.  Whichever routes are taken the aim remains the same: To generate a universally understood, reality based roadmap that will give the very best chance of success.

Closely related to strategy is the need for a senior team and organisation as a whole to hold a common and clear understanding of priorities.  This work involves working with senior teams to review their strategy, cutting it back where necessary in the short term, to reach a common agreement of what's most important, before making sure each part of the organisation knows what part they will play in its successful delivery.

Teams can be made up of terrific individuals and still not work well.  We facilitate team discussions, sometimes using MBTI or CliftonStrengths, tackling any difficult or taboo subjects, so that a team can see their potential and how to change their behaviours.

As individuals we can all get stuck.  Coaching and mentoring helps bring the new perspectives, empathy, challenge and encouragement needed to change behaviours.

We also have the skills to facilitate critically important or difficult meetings for you, particularly where there might be an unresolved dispute or gap between points of view. It's never easy to do this, for any of us, but the results make it worthwhile.
