Mark is a Leader and Consultant with extensive experience of high growth ventures in the UK and over 20 international markets.  

His specific areas of expertise are strategic planning, organisational health and business model replication. 

Mark is driven by his belief that hidden within the current circumstances of any organisation or individual there is always a story of enormous potential. His defining skill is his ability to see situations with a fresh eye and a strategic perspective.

Mark helped to set up franchising at Costa Coffee in the early 2000's, and then helped to replicate and roll it out to over 20 countries. During that time he worked in marketing, operational, business development and strategic roles and personally wrote Costa’s global brand standards system. He also worked on the integration of the Coffee Heaven acquisition in Poland and led the turn round of Costa’s Russian business. Prior to that he held marketing roles in Whitbread pubs, the Association of Train Operating Companies and First Choice Holidays.
